Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage 360-degree recruitment mandates from defining needs to signing offers
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for niche talent like ML Researchers and AI Safety Experts
• Approach and support passive candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop research plans including market mapping and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leadership to define target profiles
• Manage the complete offer process including negotiation and closing
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience tailored to high-level expertise
• Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment practices and tools

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience recruiting technical profiles
• Strong understanding of AI research language and challenges
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
