About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage 360-degree recruitment mandates from defining needs to signing offers
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for niche talent like ML Researchers and AI Safety Experts
- Approach and support passive candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Develop research plans including market mapping and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leadership to define target profiles
- Manage the complete offer process including negotiation and closing
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience tailored to high-level expertise
- Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment practices and tools
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience recruiting technical profiles
- Strong understanding of AI research language and challenges
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
