Latch works with 5,000+ scientists, 150+ R&D labs, and many Frontier AI Labs to help develop and deploy the next generation of biological AI Agents, from experiment to insight. We are building the technical organization required to engineer superhuman intelligence in every domain of biology.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including outreach, screening, scheduling, negotiation, and closing
• Maintain a clean and trustworthy ATS with accurate pipeline stages
• Handle rejections with care and respect
• Align with founders and hiring managers to define hiring goals and archetypes
• Conduct new hire check-ins to ensure cultural integration
• Optimize and automate recruiting processes to support high-volume hiring
• Support broader operations and strategy work as needed

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
• Ability to manage high-volume pipelines (30+ hires a quarter)
• Strong judgment on signal over pedigree
• High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined with time management
• Ability to work strictly in-person in San Francisco
