Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals
• Evaluate candidates with technical depth by reviewing GitHub repositories and research papers
• Manage the full end-to-end hiring process including screening, scheduling, offers, and closing
• Track the talent landscape to understand market trends and candidate motivations
• Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience to communicate the company mission

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record of closing engineering, ML, or AI candidates
• Ability to evaluate technical work, such as GitHub profiles and research papers
• Strong experience with direct outreach and proactive sourcing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing across industry, academia, and niche online communities
• Existing network within the ML, AI, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience with early-stage or founder-led hiring environments
• Ability to evaluate technical architecture decisions and research experiments
