Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Build and manage active pipelines for engineering, product, GTM, and operational roles
• Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
• Conduct thorough candidate screens to assess role and culture fit
• Coordinate end-to-end interview loops, including scheduling and debrief facilitation
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and candidate communication within the ATS
• Partner with the recruiting lead to ensure process consistency and smooth handoffs

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Proven experience recruiting for VC-backed SaaS startups
• Experience operating within seed through Series B stage companies
• Deep technical recruiting expertise, specifically with software engineers and technical product managers
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean search techniques
• US person status (required for ITAR compliance)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
