About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Head of Engineering and Engineering Managers on EPD hiring
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Actively source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical and company fit
  • Develop creative engagement strategies through outbound prospecting, marketing, and networking
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with leadership
  • Manage the offer process in partnership with finance and HR teams
  • Continuously improve candidate experience and recruiting processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and niche technical skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and alternative techniques
  • Expertise using Gem and Greenhouse
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal communication skills
