About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Head of Engineering and Engineering Managers on EPD hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes
- Actively source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical and company fit
- Develop creative engagement strategies through outbound prospecting, marketing, and networking
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with leadership
- Manage the offer process in partnership with finance and HR teams
- Continuously improve candidate experience and recruiting processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and niche technical skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and alternative techniques
- Expertise using Gem and Greenhouse
- Strong consultative and interpersonal communication skills
