Responsibilities

  • Own EPD talent pipeline: Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and Security.
  • Hunt for elite EPD talent through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, and creative search strategies.
  • Serve as the face of Hebbia, articulating the company's ambition and product differentiation to technical candidates.
  • Deliver a world-class, thoughtful, and transparent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of EPD recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
  • Proven track record of rapidly scaling technical teams
  • Experience aligning internal stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation, and interview processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of major hiring initiatives
