Responsibilities
- Own EPD talent pipeline: Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and Security.
- Hunt for elite EPD talent through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, and creative search strategies.
- Serve as the face of Hebbia, articulating the company's ambition and product differentiation to technical candidates.
- Deliver a world-class, thoughtful, and transparent candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of EPD recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
- Proven track record of rapidly scaling technical teams
- Experience aligning internal stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation, and interview processes
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of major hiring initiatives
