Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and operational roles
• Act as a key business partner to leaders and hiring managers
• Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess ability and cultural alignment
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies beyond Boolean searches
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive operational excellence
• Maintain applicant tracking system accuracy
• Manage university recruitment and onsite interview coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with autonomy
• High bar for personal accountability and performance
• Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must be onsite full-time in Los Angeles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical talent (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or software engineers)
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience from sourcing to closing
• Success hiring for highly specialized or niche technical roles
• Expertise in non-standard recruiting methods like cold calling and targeted sourcing campaigns
• Deeply motivated by the mission to restore U.S. fuel enrichment capabilities
