Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and resume reviews to phone screens and onsite interviews
• Drive the entire recruiting process to ensure the hire and retention of highly desirable talent
• Write and post job descriptions for new opportunities
• Maintain and enter candidate data within the JazzHR ATS
• Assist with candidate onboarding processes
• Support the organization and attendance of recruitment events, networking activities, and university events

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience
• Proven track record of finding, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Solid understanding of development environments, including frameworks, languages, and the difference between frontend and backend
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Experience working with complex databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree is highly desired

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting specifically for Creative/Design or Engineering roles
