About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and resume reviews to phone screens and onsite interviews
- Drive the entire recruiting process to ensure the hire and retention of highly desirable talent
- Write and post job descriptions for new opportunities
- Maintain and enter candidate data within the JazzHR ATS
- Assist with candidate onboarding processes
- Support the organization and attendance of recruitment events, networking activities, and university events
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience
- Proven track record of finding, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Solid understanding of development environments, including frameworks, languages, and the difference between frontend and backend
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Experience working with complex databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree is highly desired
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting specifically for Creative/Design or Engineering roles
