Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead technical recruiting efforts in the US to attract world-class technologists for Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and other technical teams
• Strategize on building talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches
• Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, and referral generation
• Own candidate relationships from initial application through the closing process
• Manage complex offers by extending, negotiating, and acting as an internal advocate for candidates
• Collaborate with talent acquisition peers and influence stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• In-depth knowledge of the technical talent market in the United States
• Proven experience closing complex offers for highly competitive roles
• Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working as part of an in-house internal recruitment team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
• Experience using Workday as an HRIS
• Previous experience as an external agency recruiter
