Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates from top tech companies and AI startups
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural dynamics
• Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, from crafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and extending offers
• Foster strong relationships within the tech community through networking and direct engagement
• Implement and refine recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven track record filling AI/ML, Software Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure roles
• Strong understanding of technical skills and trends in the AI and software development ecosystem
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high urgency
