fab2 was founded by Sam Zeloof and Jim Keller. We design all the hardware and software needed to make chips and we make the fabs, tools, and components ourselves. We're looking for exceptional, hands-on people who can iterate to the limits of what's possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruiting life cycle for deeply technical engineering roles in a fast-paced startup environment
• Source creatively and strategically to engage top talent across diverse markets
• Maintain our bar for passion and curiosity to ensure we scale our positive and maker culture
• Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to define hiring criteria and calibrate roles
• Deliver an exceptional and genuine candidate experience
• Extend offers aligned with our compensation philosophy, including startup equity structures

Requirements

• 3 years of experience sourcing and closing candidates for highly technical engineering roles
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment
• Proven excellence in candidate experience and closing strategies
• Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
• Analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a startup
• Experience with startup equity discussions and negotiations
• Prior experience with Ashby and Notion
