About the Company

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. We are a fully in-person team in San Jose (Santana Row).

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end-to-end including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
• Hunt candidates in niche technical spaces like GitHub, arXiv, Apache mailing lists, and Discord
• Run structured interview coordination and lead candidate debriefs with hiring managers
• Work with lead recruiters on offer strategy and closing
• Help build recruiting systems and processes from the ground up

Requirements

• 0–2 years of recruiting, sales, sourcing, or talent coordination experience
• Strong interest in growing within the talent field
• Proven track record in clubs, side projects, sports, or volunteering
• Genuine curiosity about AI, hardware, or deep tech
• Ability to have real conversations with technical professionals
• High drive, low ego, and coachable mindset
