Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs and technical requirements
• Source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced strategies including boolean searches, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
• Build and maintain strong pipelines across backend, full-stack, and infrastructure roles
• Help grow EliseAI’s engineering presence in San Francisco through local networking and community engagement
• Lead candidate outreach, conduct prescreening calls, and guide candidates through the interview process
• Ensure ATS data integrity and use insights to optimize recruiting performance

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on technical roles
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills and creative candidate engagement techniques
• Ability to work in person at our San Francisco office 5 days a week
• Excellent organizational skills and high EQ
