Responsibilities
- Architect the technical recruiting strategy from the ground up
- Partner with founders and the leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent
- Create a world-class candidate experience that builds brand advocacy
- Build scalable hiring processes capable of supporting 10x company growth
- Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers in a highly competitive market
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Proven experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
- Ability to evaluate engineering skills and technical competencies independently
- Extensive experience sourcing high-level, "unicorn" engineering talent
- Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
