Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Architect the technical recruiting strategy from the ground up
• Partner with founders and the leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent
• Create a world-class candidate experience that builds brand advocacy
• Build scalable hiring processes capable of supporting 10x company growth
• Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers in a highly competitive market

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
• Ability to evaluate engineering skills and technical competencies independently
• Extensive experience sourcing high-level, "unicorn" engineering talent
• Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
