Responsibilities

  • Build the team responsible for one of the most ambitious hardware companies of this century
  • Design and operate hiring processes for engineering and manufacturing leaders
  • Source creatively to find latent talent from other industries and non-traditional profiles
  • Partner with engineering leaders to identify and close top-tier talent
  • Protect the hiring bar under high-pressure environments

Requirements

  • 8 - 12+ years of professional experience
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and move with urgency
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR/EAR regulations
