Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering leads to define roles and hiring standards
  • Source candidates directly using creative strategies to find hard-to-reach technical talent
  • Run a rigorous interview process assessing skill, drive, and fit
  • Own the candidate lifecycle from initial screen to signed offer and complex negotiations
  • Manage external recruiting partners and hold them to company standards
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve the hiring funnel
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience for all applicants

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at fast-growing tech companies
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing engineering hires
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering organizational structures
  • Ability to manage multiple searches across different disciplines
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
