Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leads to define roles and hiring standards
- Source candidates directly using creative strategies to find hard-to-reach technical talent
- Run a rigorous interview process assessing skill, drive, and fit
- Own the candidate lifecycle from initial screen to signed offer and complex negotiations
- Manage external recruiting partners and hold them to company standards
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve the hiring funnel
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience for all applicants
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at fast-growing tech companies
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing engineering hires
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering organizational structures
- Ability to manage multiple searches across different disciplines
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
