Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent to support a rapidly growing satellite communications business
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process
• Proactively source and build pipelines of passive candidates
• Manage and expand diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Collect and analyze recruiting funnel data to make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• 2-6 years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of recruiting top talent for hardware or software engineering roles
• Demonstrated ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines
• Ability to distinguish between top-tier talent and average candidates within specialized fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status (required for export control compliance)
