About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior hardware, ASIC, and silicon architecture roles
- Identify and engage top-tier talent in silicon architecture, design verification, and systems architecture
- Partner with engineering hiring managers to align on technical bars and candidate qualifications
- Maintain high-efficiency interview loops and talent calibration
- Manage data hygiene and pipeline flow within Ashby ATS
- Represent the company at industry events like DAC
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Direct experience recruiting ASIC, silicon, or semiconductor engineers (RTL, DV, physical design, architecture)
- Proven track record of closing senior engineers against competing offers
- Technical literacy in EDA software, AI silicon, and custom ASIC development
- Advanced fluency in Ashby or comparable ATS
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML and software engineering roles
- Exposure to unconventional computing or physics-based hardware architectures
- Background in venture-backed startups, semiconductor companies, or research labs
