Technical Recruiter, ASICs

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior hardware, ASIC, and silicon architecture roles
• Identify and engage top-tier talent in silicon architecture, design verification, and systems architecture
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to align on technical bars and candidate qualifications
• Maintain high-efficiency interview loops and talent calibration
• Manage data hygiene and pipeline flow within Ashby ATS
• Represent the company at industry events like DAC

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Direct experience recruiting ASIC, silicon, or semiconductor engineers (RTL, DV, physical design, architecture)
• Proven track record of closing senior engineers against competing offers
• Technical literacy in EDA software, AI silicon, and custom ASIC development
• Advanced fluency in Ashby or comparable ATS
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for AI/ML and software engineering roles
• Exposure to unconventional computing or physics-based hardware architectures
• Background in venture-backed startups, semiconductor companies, or research labs
