Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers
• Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and long-term talent strategy
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes to assess technical excellence and alignment with company values
• Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes
• Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health and time-to-fill
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or specialized technical talent
• Strong business partnership and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
• Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets
• Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hypergrowth environment
