Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles
• Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve productivity
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
• Partner with leadership leveraging recruiting data and metrics
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help proliferate a compelling talent brand

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Evidence of a fast growth trajectory in previous roles (agency, in-house, or VC)
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channels
• High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a venture-backed company
• Early recruiting team experience or early startup experience
