About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles
- Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve productivity
- Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
- Partner with leadership by leveraging recruiting data and metrics to influence decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help build a compelling talent brand
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Proven fast growth trajectory in previous roles (agency, in-house, or VC)
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn and other creative channels
- High technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools and topics quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a venture-backed company
- Early recruiting team experience or experience joining a startup in its first five years
