Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles
• Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve productivity
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
• Partner with leadership by leveraging recruiting data and metrics to influence decisions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help build a compelling talent brand

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven fast growth trajectory in previous roles (agency, in-house, or VC)
• Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn and other creative channels
• High technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools and topics quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a venture-backed company
• Early recruiting team experience or experience joining a startup in its first five years
