Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles, focusing on sourcing and pipeline management
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and creative channels
- Utilize Ashby ATS to manage candidate flow and ensure data integrity
- Drive pipeline volume and throughput while maintaining high offer acceptance rates
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in high-growth tech, aerospace, or engineering-heavy environments
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Ashby
- Previous experience recruiting in ITAR or highly regulated industries
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in RF engineering, embedded systems, software engineering, or aerospace hardware
