Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles, focusing on sourcing and pipeline management
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and creative channels
• Utilize Ashby ATS to manage candidate flow and ensure data integrity
• Drive pipeline volume and throughput while maintaining high offer acceptance rates

Requirements

• At least 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in high-growth tech, aerospace, or engineering-heavy environments
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical or hard-to-fill roles
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Ashby
• Previous experience recruiting in ITAR or highly regulated industries
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in RF engineering, embedded systems, software engineering, or aerospace hardware
