Responsibilities

• Own and close priority technical searches (backend, infrastructure/SRE, and data engineering) full-cycle
• Partner directly with engineering leadership to run calibrated searches
• Manage calibrated scorecards and live pipelines for all assigned searches
• Drive fast-moving structured hiring loops with rapid feedback
• Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing evidence-based push-back to maintain high bars

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (software, infrastructure, or ML)
• Proven track record of closing top-tier candidates against strong competitors
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in the San Francisco office
• Data proficiency to diagnose recruiting funnels by root cause
• AI-native mindset with a willingness to experiment with new tools and methods
• High content-to-word ratio in communication (plain, honest, and proactive)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-growth, high-bar engineering organizations
• Ability to learn complex technical businesses and sell them fluently
