Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions including Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Product Management
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with company goals
• Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and talent mapping
• Identify and engage exceptional passive candidates from top technology companies and research institutions
• Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on market trends, compensation, and interview design
• Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to improve hiring outcomes
• Help build scalable recruiting programs, interviewer training, and assessment frameworks

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company or agency
• Proven success hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple seniority levels
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive markets
• Experience recruiting for technical domains like infrastructure, distributed systems, ML, AI, or security
• Ability to influence engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics
• High ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple high-priority searches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for developer infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI, fintech, or blockchain
• Experience hiring Staff+, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent
• Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and talent intelligence platforms
• Experience supporting rapid scaling from growth-stage to late-stage environments
