Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing through close
• Partner directly with the CTO and Head of Talent to grow the engineering team
• Develop and iterate on sourcing strategies using data-driven hypotheses
• Integrate AI tooling into workflows for research, personalization, and pipeline management
• Partner with engineering leadership to refine talent assessment signals
• Manage a substantive and human candidate experience
• Track and use recruiting metrics to influence hiring manager processes

Requirements

• At least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders rather than just supporting them
• Experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with a design-thinking approach to recruiting
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and iterate on processes
• Comfort with being in-person five days a week in NoMad, NYC
