Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing through close
- Partner directly with the CTO and Head of Talent to grow the engineering team
- Develop and iterate on sourcing strategies using data-driven hypotheses
- Integrate AI tooling into workflows for research, personalization, and pipeline management
- Partner with engineering leadership to refine talent assessment signals
- Manage a substantive and human candidate experience
- Track and use recruiting metrics to influence hiring manager processes
Requirements
- At least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders rather than just supporting them
- Experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with a design-thinking approach to recruiting
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and iterate on processes
- Comfort with being in-person five days a week in NoMad, NYC
