Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment process across product, engineering, and business roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens for role fit and motivation
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks reliably
