Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment process across product, engineering, and business roles
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens for role fit and motivation
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems
  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks reliably
