Technical Recovery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide effective governance and commitment to Citigroup's Enterprise Resilience (ER) program, policies, and standards.
• Lead and direct a team of professionals, managing personnel, performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Act as the technical liaison for all ER activities performed by technology business units.
• Maintain proactive communication with Senior Management regarding ER strategies and assumptions.
• Support and coordinate the risk-assessment process with business and technology unit-level information.
• Perform liaison activities during audits by regulatory examination agencies and internal/external audit groups.
• Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to perform complex data analysis and present results to senior management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Specific experience related to Disaster Recovery or Enterprise Resilience planning and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex data analysis and presentations.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
