Technical Records Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor the airline’s computerized fleet management system to ensure timely and accurate updates of maintenance schedules and component replacements
• Ensure all maintenance records from Line, Base, and Workshop are recorded in logbooks and computerized systems
• Perform Aircraft, Engine, APU, and Landing Gear build and tree receiving
• Update Navigation database based on AIRAC Cycle for the fleet and simulator
• Coordinate technical queries from engineering, stores, and maintenance
• Review and prepare aircraft records for re-deliveries and lease support
• Report accomplished Service Bulletins to Airbus and OEMs
• Partner with Quality Assurance to facilitate Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC) and maintain AD compliance documents
• Generate utilization reports for Finance, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Lessors
• Maintain and archive technical records in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in aviation records or document control
• Experience with Airbus A320 family is highly desirable
• Knowledge of CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) requirements
• Higher diploma or certificate in Management or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Administration
• Training in Compliance, Document Control, Librarian, or Quality Assurance
• Professional membership in aviation-related associations
