Technical Quality Assurance Specialist Aerospace

Responsibilities

• Independent evaluation and analysis of process data considering customer requirements and regulations
• Active monitoring of ongoing production processes to ensure highest quality standards
• Careful execution of visual and dimensional inspections on engine discs according to technical drawings
• Precise documentation of all inspection results and creation of meaningful inspection reports
• Responsibility for inspection and release processes in compliance with customer regulations
• Technical correspondence with suppliers, including deviation processing and supplier complaints
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of internal and external audits
• Engagement in continuous process optimization and deviation management
• Preparation, analysis, and presentation of quality metrics and statistical evaluations

Requirements

• Completed technical training
• Completed additional training as a technician, ideally in mechanical engineering
• Strong technical understanding
• Initial professional experience in quality assurance is desirable
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
• Reliability and flexibility
• Good written and spoken English skills
