About the role
Responsibilities
- Distribute and control the Volaris Operational Technical Library
- Provide support to users of the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) computer system
- Distribute legal documentation onboard each aircraft
- Prepare and issue update reports for operational technical publications for Pilots, Flight Attendants, and Dispatchers
- Provide crews with necessary technical publications for special flights
- Monitor version updates for operating systems and applications on EFB iPads
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operational areas
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Availability to work onsite
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access
