Technical Property Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Technical support of a residential real estate portfolio during ongoing operations
• Planning, commissioning, and monitoring of maintenance, servicing, and repair measures
• Controlling and coordinating external service providers, craft companies, and internal caretaker services
• Ensuring proper technical property management
• Monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines for commissioned measures
• Supporting the planning of technical measures within the existing stock
• Controlling and documenting completed work and maintaining technical property documents
• Documentation in the internal ticketing system and timely resolution of tickets

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., Facility Management, Building Technology, or similar)
• Initial professional experience in Facility Management, technical building management, or technical real estate management
• Alternatively, suitable for graduates with initial practical experience in real estate or building management
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in collaborating with service providers
• Good written and spoken German skills
