Technical Projects Manager - API Partner Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end migration plan and execution for software partners moving to the RESTful open API platform
• Coordinate validation, testing, go-live activities, and post-migration monitoring
• Serve as the primary business contact for software providers and CRM partners to build long-term relationships
• Collect and prioritize partner requirements and feature requests to drive API improvements
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate partner feedback into actionable product enhancements
• Manage project escalations and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and blockers to leadership

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Partner Management, or API Integrations
• Experience within B2B2C SaaS or platform ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business context and vice versa
• Professional fluency in German and fluency in English
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
