Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Serve as the core coordinator between cross-functional teams including IT, business, product, and operations
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and define project roadmaps
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management in English and Mandarin
• Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure effective knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience in a Top Tier IT Consulting firm
• Experience managing technical projects related to digital transformation
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Experience with tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital technologies including cloud computing, big data, and AI
• Experience navigating complex business scenarios and uncertainty
