Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for multiple Insurance Companies, liaising with their product and technical teams
• Lead the integration of the platform with Insurer APIs and systems, overseeing SDK and PWA deployment
• Manage the rollout of complex insurance products, ensuring plan variants and policy logic are correctly configured
• Lead a cross-functional team of approximately 10 resources including Developers, QA, and BAs using Agile methodologies
• Coordinate integrations with external ecosystems such as Vahan, payment gateways, and legacy insurer systems
• Proactively identify dependencies and implement risk mitigation plans to keep projects on track

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on the Insurance domain
• Hands-on experience managing projects involving SDK integration, PWA, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external Insurance Carriers
• Deep understanding of General, Life, or Health Insurance workflows, including policy lifecycle and underwriting rules
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly at an InsurTech or with a major Insurance Carrier
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
