Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and networks to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Manage external vendors and service providers, monitoring performance, SLA compliance, and contract deliverables.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implement mitigation plans, and manage change requests.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect closure with business users.
• Ensure complete project documentation, including technical manuals, SOPs, and training materials, for smooth handover to operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT project delivery.
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role within the IT field.
• Proven experience delivering corporate IT projects such as ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale systems integration and implementation planning.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage complex technical documentation and IT governance processes.
