Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from design to construction and commissioning
• Act as the key client interface to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
• Manage the design process to meet client requirements and expectations
• Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental industry standards
• Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Prepare regular progress, budget, and risk management reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree in Construction or a related field
• Several years of project management experience in a Data Centre or similar technical environment
• Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure including HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, and BMS
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Proficiency in project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Fluency in English and German
• Availability for full-time onsite work in Frankfurt
