Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical projects independently from request to delivery
• Manage project scope, execution, and delivery points for technical installations
• Oversee projects involving HVAC, laboratory equipment, roofing, electricity, and security
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and executing parties
• Act as the central point of contact for the client and report on progress and bottlenecks
• Maintain control, progress, and safety during project execution

Requirements

• Diploma in a technical direction with a broad technical background
• Experience guiding projects through both preparation and execution phases (renovation, modification)
• Fluency in Dutch (required) and English
• VCA VOL certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Ability to work 5 days on-site in Sassenheim

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management
• Knowledge of HSE standards
