Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of CX initiatives, ensuring technical and operational milestones are met within timeline and budget.
• Act as a hybrid Product Owner, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external technology partners, managing communications, contracts, and SLAs.
• Maintain project transparency by tracking velocity, budget burn rates, and risk logs for executive updates.
• Identify and mitigate blockers, risks, and dependencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Act as the vital link between developers and stakeholders, translating the "voice of the client" into technical implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a hybrid Technical Project Manager or Product Owner role within a CX or SaaS environment.
• PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or similar certifications in Agile and traditional Project Management.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors and consultants through complex technical deployments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Slack.
• Experience with backend processing systems, system integration, and data exchanges.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
