Technical Project Manager, Telecom

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and technical designs into structured delivery plans, workstreams, and milestones
• Coordinate architects, engineers, and vendors to maintain delivery alignment and resolve dependencies
• Manage project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and decision logs
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across network, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• Monitor project financials, resource requirements, and capacity planning
• Facilitate technical workshops and planning sessions to achieve stakeholder alignment
• Ensure adherence to organizational delivery methodologies and quality standards
• Support transition-to-operations activities and service acceptance planning

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in telecom networks or digital infrastructure
• Experience planning projects with evolving scopes or developing roadmaps
• Practical understanding of telecom and network infrastructure
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or network modernization programs
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and multiple vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe
