Technical Project Manager

About the Company

Structor Installationsteknik is a specialist company within the Structor Group focusing on installation management in industrial and infrastructure projects. The company provides consulting services and takes overall responsibility for the coordination, management, and follow-up of technical installation components in client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments from early design stages through to final delivery
• Manage planning, budgeting, and coordination
• Lead contractors and installations during the implementation phase
• Act as the primary contact person for clients regarding installation matters
• Combine strategic overview with operational engagement in project execution

Requirements

• Civil engineering or university engineering degree in installation technology, or equivalent experience
• Approximately 8–15 years of experience in industrial projects
• Experience with installations such as electrical, piping systems, or ventilation
• Experience from consulting firms, industrial companies, or contracting
• Proven ability to lead others and take responsibility for time, budget, and delivery
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as client, technical manager, project manager, or installation manager
• Strong business mindset and natural leadership abilities
