The company provides consulting services and takes overall responsibility for the coordination, management, and follow-up of technical installation components in client projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead assignments from early design stages through to final delivery
- Manage planning, budgeting, and coordination
- Lead contractors and installations during the implementation phase
- Act as the primary contact person for clients regarding installation matters
- Combine strategic overview with operational engagement in project execution
Requirements
- Civil engineering or university engineering degree in installation technology, or equivalent experience
- Approximately 8–15 years of experience in industrial projects
- Experience with installations such as electrical, piping systems, or ventilation
- Experience from consulting firms, industrial companies, or contracting
- Proven ability to lead others and take responsibility for time, budget, and delivery
- Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in roles such as client, technical manager, project manager, or installation manager
- Strong business mindset and natural leadership abilities
