Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements with clients and prospects.
• Manage all project communication, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate software developers, SQA engineers, DevOps engineers, and designers to ensure smooth execution.
• Implement and drive Agile-based project management practices.
• Oversee the analysis, design, and development phases of web application projects.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience within software development environments.
• Expertise in Project Management and System Architecture.
• Technical understanding of Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience leading teams in Agile environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on AI projects.
