Technical Project Manager

About the Company

Reinforce Labs is an early-stage startup disrupting how companies evaluate their AI systems. We help customers launch AI confidently by catching regressions, measuring system performance, and tying technical metrics to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff through launch and post-launch measurement.
• Break ambiguous objectives into milestones, dependencies, and clear owners while pressure-testing scope with engineering and product leads.
• Drive rhythm through sprint planning, standups, demos, retros, and steering committees.
• Surface and unblock risks, track dependencies across engineering and data teams, and propose mitigations.
• Improve organizational workflows by identifying patterns and proposing changes to tooling, process, or org design.
• Partner on incident response and post-mortems to ensure continuous learning and implementation of fixes.

Requirements

• Program or project management experience in a high-growth software environment.
• Proven track record of shipping concrete programs end-to-end.
• Technical fluency to understand engineering tradeoffs and evaluate estimates.
• Outstanding written communication skills for status reporting and planning.
• High level of curiosity and ambition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an AI/ML product company.
• Background in software engineering, data engineering, or technical product management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML delivery such as agent orchestration, eval pipelines, or data labeling workflows.
• Experience standing up a TPM function or program from scratch.
