Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the project roadmap, delivery plans, and track success metrics
• Act as Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Manage risks, address blockers, and track team velocity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories
• Review team deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations
• Maintain regular communication with clients through sprint reports and updates
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello
• MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead multinational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• SAFe or PMP certification
