Responsibilities

• Work with PM and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Proactively identify issues and risks and provide technical solutions
• Supervise department teams and maintain personal accountability for decision-making
• Ensure adherence to standard coding practices in .Net applications
• Work independently to drive technical project success

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development
• 3–5 years in a technical leadership or project management role
• Strong experience in .Net technology (Asp.Net, C#, MVC)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and OOPS concepts
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle database and writing well-tuned SQL statements
• Extensive experience in Web Application development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
