Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects across data, application, infrastructure, and platform initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and regular stakeholder updates to ensure transparency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and manage change requests to maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with technical, security, and business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a technical or technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects using formal project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern delivery practices.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
