Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and adoption
• Interact with product owners to understand client objectives and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Support the team in requirement analysis, design, and implementation phases
• Manage project risks and dependencies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
• Drive Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
• Act as a primary liaison between business, product, data science, and engineering teams
• Track and report project progress, KPIs, and delivery milestones to leadership
• Mentor and groom team members to improve their technical abilities and professional skills

Requirements

• 7-10 years of overall professional experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Current experience as a Technical Lead (with interest in transitioning to PM) or prior experience as a Tech Lead while currently working as a Project Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in Agile project management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET or MySQL
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
