Technical Project Manager

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-team IaaS projects from planning to delivery
• Break down project scope into phases, milestones, dependencies, and tasks
• Coordinate execution across multiple technical teams and keep everyone aligned
• Build and maintain project plans, document decisions, architecture context, and artifacts
• Run regular project syncs, track progress, identify blockers early, and drive mitigation
• Own timeline tracking and delivery forecasting; proactively highlight risks and trade-offs
• Support product managers with execution orchestration across several engineering teams
• Improve delivery transparency through status reporting and milestone tracking

Requirements

• Solid understanding of public cloud fundamentals and core IaaS principles
• Technical awareness of virtualization (KVM/QEMU), Kubernetes, VPC, storage, and APIs
• Strong project decomposition and execution management skills
• Ability to run structured cross-functional ceremonies
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment and risk communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/GPU platforms, or distributed systems
• Experience working with both product and engineering stakeholders in platform teams
• Familiarity with release planning and dependency management
