Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technical initiatives across Corporate & Assisted Channels, including Contact Centre and Sales Platforms
• Own the full project lifecycle from business case validation and planning through to execution and closure
• Develop detailed delivery plans covering scope, schedule, cost, and resource forecasting
• Manage RAID logs proactively to mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Oversee technical and vendor management, working closely with solution architects and engineering teams
• Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality output and accountability
• Provide data-driven reporting on milestones, financials, and risk posture to senior stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and architectural standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Project Management within large enterprise environments
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Strong financial management capability, including budget tracking and forecasting
• Experience managing vendor partners and multi-location delivery models
• Experience working within telco transformation programs or digital channel environments
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills at a senior leadership level
