Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technical initiatives across the Corporate & Assisted Channels portfolio
• Own the full project lifecycle from business case validation and planning through to execution and closure
• Develop detailed delivery plans including scope, schedule, cost, and resource forecasting
• Manage RAID logs proactively to mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Manage vendor partners and both onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure quality output
• Engage senior stakeholders across business, IT, and operations with data-driven reporting
• Oversee testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and production readiness to ensure smooth releases

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Project Management within large enterprise environments
• Strong financial management capability, including budget tracking and forecasting
• Experience managing vendor and multi-location delivery models
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills at a senior leadership level
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification
• Experience working within telco transformation programs or digital channel platforms is preferred
