Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across engineering projects including scoping, sequencing, tracking, and shipping
• Translate priorities from Product and Executive leadership into clear project plans
• Run day-to-day cadence including standups, sprint planning, and retros
• Identify and clear blockers such as dependencies, vendors, or resourcing gaps
• Manage cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Product, and other teams
• Track project health and communicate status and risks to leadership
• Own technical documentation and process rigor
• Balance multiple concurrent projects across trading platform, prop firm, and brokerage lines

Requirements

• Track record of managing technical/engineering projects in fast-moving environments
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, tradeoffs, and dependencies with Engineering
• Strong instincts for prioritization
• Ability to hold people accountable across engineering and leadership
• Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture
• Ability to operate with speed and rigor in high-volume environments
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Thrive-in-chaos mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects for a trading platform, prop firm, or brokerage
• Familiarity with agile/scrum tooling like Jira or Linear
• Background as a former engineer or in a technically-adjacent role
• Proven track record of turning a chaotic backlog into a shipped roadmap
